Ever since the State of CA transferred from Schwab (which is not the best but far better by comparison), the frustration and fear at being unable to access the Hewitt website has been ever-present. The site is too-frequently down - negligently so, thus placing all invested client funds at horrible arbitrary risk. It happens on average at least once each 20 various ways from slows, inconsistent page performance, to complete inability to access the Benefits page and then on to the brokerage account direct access.

Whomever made the decision to transfer-away from Schwab (or any other better-reputed platform) obviously did not do their basic homework and due diligence on behalf of the State of California employees.

Those persons should be held personally accountable for the amateurish harm they have exposed all of us to.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $4000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Unsuitable for the job.
