I totally agree with the previous reviewer. Get different answers every time I talk to a different representative.
Since the Farm relinquished it's handling to this less than competent and impotent organization. Anybody remember the fiasco when the Farm first let Aon Hewitt roll out the take over of the Farm's Employee Health Care a few years ago. It amazes me that in this day of electronic technology that Aon Hewitt does not receive emails. One Representative told me he would email me the document I needed but after I filled it out I could not scan and email it back.
Even told me he had my email address and before we could confirm more information we were disconnected. I called back and that's when it got really bizarre when the next Representative began to give me information that was totally contradictory to what I had just been told.
