Over 5 months to get payment to an estate from a 401K. Information provided varied from phone call to phone call. Finally had to go around them directly to the company for which they were managing the 401K to get action. Even then Hewitt managed to screw up the information provided with respect to distributions from the 401K.

Missed numerous telephonic appointments set months prior & confirmed by myself-initiated call 2 AON & spoke with random california benefit advisor to be wrongly advised causing a $hit $torm of problems involving my medical/dental/vision for upcoming year. This subscriber adised themself, Contacted coverages of choice-Do not recommend AON services for any benefit advice for anyone. Beware!!

Another company with feet of clay. Why must it take two months to respond to a request for a transfer value from another company. This industry needs a serious shake up and realise that individuals have put their money and trust into them and deserve some respect. You make plenty of money out of it, and your attitudes towards those who dare raise complaints is disgusting.
