I submitted a claim for a prescription $21.41 (not very much) It was denied. They don't give a reason. When I called I was on hold for an 1/2 hour so left a call back number. They didn't call back. I was "number 1 in the call back que"

Employee review of Benefits Advisor role

I started working at Aon in 2020. I have sold different types of insurance, predominantly health insurance, in multiple markets throughout the US. I took the Aon position because it was W2 and focused on the Medicare population. To retirees: I would strongly reconsider taking at face value what your assigned agent is telling you. He/she cares about selling you a policy. You are not more than a number to him/her. To prospective employees: do more research. You don't know what you're getting yourself into. The support that you'd expect is lacking. Unless you're new because managers love to answer simple questions any agent with 2 plus years of health insurance sales would know.

Unable to get in touch with a supervisor over licensed agents

Original call on Oct 18 with an agent to change our prescription plan, but it is still sitting in our cart. We elected not to change our Medicare plan. I received a payment booklet from our old prescription plan last week, thats when I realized something was wrong. This goes into effect Jan 1,2022, we need it changed asap!!! Our prescription plan never got updated and its ridiculous how many times I have called to speak to a supervisor. They wont transfer the call, they email to have them call you back 24-48 hours, still waiting!!! Terrible service no call backs!!

Difficult & Dysfunctional Site

AngryUnable to access account. Have tried numerous times. My Aaon ID # 441**** provided by them is NOT acceptable. I am forced to select my own Medicare Supplement and Advantage options as I DO NOT KNOW my Insurance Carrier.
