This is totally ridiculous that State Farm has sold it's retirees down the river. You can't get in contact with anyone at this company and if you are lucky enough to hold for an hour and a half...you MAY get to talk to someone.

By the time you do, you have been through 10 promts, given you life history each time and still have NO answer to the problem with logging into your account! Then when you finally talk to the support person, he informs you they have sent you to the wrong department and I need to contact someone in HR!!!!

They ARE State Farm's only source of HR! This should be ILLEGAL!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

It is not just State Farm, it is AT&T and other companies whose retirees cannot get anything from AON yet they are paid big bucks that should belong to the retirees. AON is awful is to say the least.

It is non-functioning!! All the companies who did this sell-out should be ashamed. People worked their entire lives for these companies.

Now they can not even get the lease bit of reliable information from AON. I think it would be least expensive for the companies to support a benefits department as they once did before AON.

the representatives have no training. They tel you to do one thing then claim denied.You call back and they tell you to do it differently then claim denied then they open a case file and you donโ€™t get a reply.

Then you call State Farm HR and problem resolved. Now my user name and password wonโ€™t work I called have been on the call for over an hour and they are telling me I never set up an account with them when Iโ€™ve been using it for three years now!

If I had any hair left I would be pulling it out. I canโ€™t believe State Farm did this to its retirees after 40 years of service

So true. I had a brochure showing what is covered and then when I completed a "covered expense" according to their booklet 2019 January, they change the guidelines and declined payment for my treatment stating it is a non covered expense.

I have nearly $5,000 in funds however cannot use it for what I need it for such as eyeglasses or dental expenses. What the *** Is their goal to keep my funds in their account so when I die it just returns back to them. Really!! A senior should be able to use these funds for what they need them for.

This all should be addressed. This is essentially stealing from the retirees.

I am with you all. I called AON retiree health care yesterday, was told to go to the retiree website and when I did I had five to choose from and non of them gave me the information I wanted.

What the *** happened to customer service? Just because I retired does not mean I would not like to speak to a real live person.

Prescriptions with the mobile app works great. Not so with other claims.

State Farm has set aside $1000s to help offset out of pocket expenses, but just try co-op and deductible reimbursements and see how many hoops you have to jump through to get paid. Also, if you are successful at contacting a human on the phone you will get a different answer every time.

State Farm did sell us down the river. I can''t get the new claim forms.

The website is terrible.

We contacted Corporate and bitched to them and we got problem resolved. I suggest everyone just go directly there with their problems so State Farm can see what a mess they have put us all in.

Not just the retirees. They have denied my OOP expenses for my insulin pump for the fifth time even though every supervisor Iโ€™ve talked to has told me it would be paid.

This last time their excuse was Medtronic Minimed has the word โ€œminiโ€ in it which incinuates its not a regular size pump....... ?!?!.

Um, what?!?!? I donโ€™t care ifs itโ€™s the size of a pea or the size of a Taranasaures Rex, itโ€™s an eligible medical expense that I require.
