Customer service was very poor denied claims that were medically documented.Treated their clients like they were trying to pay them out of their own pocket book. The temporary disability with only 275 a week and was denied numerous times. Made it so frustrating it wasn't even worth getting paid the disability.I was out at work two different times and wasnt worth the hassel to get paid because I didn't want to deal with him they were so horrible

After filing a claim thru Boeing Total Access, I was called for the initial interview buy a person named Shawn, with Aon Hewitt. He called me at 8:39pm and I politely made the comment he was working late; he did not know what state he was calling or the time in my state of Arizona.
